FARIDABAD
Faridabad is a district
of Haryana and an industrial town situated about 20 Kms. South
of Delhi, the city is a part of National Capital Region (NCR)
having Gurgaon on its west, Uttar Pradesh on its East south.
The city is located across the NH-2 (SherShah Suri Marg).
The town Faridabad has been a hot tourist spot due to its
nature filled environment. The Nahar Singh stadium is the
home ground of the Haryana cricket team and also hosts One
day-International matches. Badkal Lake and Suraj Kund are
some splendid places to visit. Moreover, large Parks like
Rose garden and Town Park also attract large visitors. Bowling
alleys and small shopping malls started appearing in the city
during the late 90s across the Mathura Road. In the last 5
years, the city has experienced a big economic boom with skyscrapers,
malls and architectural wonders filling the city beautifully.

that seems to have worked quite well for Faridabad.In these

The city is well connected
with south Delhi and other parts of Delhi via buses, auto

will have Metro Rail connection by 2012.
